Depending on your meeting room setup, the E900P supports several connection topologies:
For All-in-One USB Conference Device
Connect the USB audio and video device (e.g., a camera with built-in microphone) to the E900P base unit’s rear USB port.
Connect the HDMI OUT port to the conference display or projector.
For Separate USB Camera and Microphone
Plug the USB conference camera into the front USB port of the base unit.
Connect the omnidirectional microphone speaker to the rear USB port (audio priority).
Connect the base unit’s HDMI OUT to the display or projector.
For HDMI Camera and USB Microphone
Connect the HDMI camera to the base unit’s HDMI IN port.
Plug the USB microphone into the rear USB port.
Connect HDMI OUT to the conference display or projector.
In all configurations, the system supports 1080p or 4K video input, depending on the camera type and transmitter.
Plug a Boegam transmitter (F21SU or F11SU) into your laptop’s USB-C, HDMI, or USB-A port.
The E900P automatically connects via Wi-Fi — no software installation is required.
Click the button on the transmitter to start wireless presentation instantly.
When launching a video conference (Zoom, Teams, Tencent Meeting, etc.), select “BYOM UVC Camera” and “BYOM UAC Microphone” as your audio and video devices.
The E900P then bridges your laptop to the room’s camera and microphone, allowing you to control the meeting directly from your laptop.
While you are conferencing, your laptop screen is also wirelessly projected onto the large display — making it a true conference room presentation system.
The E900P’s embedded multimedia processor supports multiple video modes:
USB Camera Mode: Low latency (direct MJPEG stream).
USB Camera Re-Encoded Mode: More stable Wi-Fi transmission with only ~30 ms added delay.
HDMI Camera Mode: Video encoded in MJPEG (average 40 Mbps @1080p30).
This ensures smooth, stable performance even in complex wireless environments, with average latency below 150 ms — perfect for video conferencing.
